As a registered practitioner with Medicare Australia, we accept referrals under The Better Access to Mental Health Care initiative. This initiative supports doctor referrals for treatment plans that allow you to claim a rebate for up to 10 sessions each calendar year.

Payment Information
Payment in full is required at each consultation via EFTPOS or direct bank transfer. An invoice will be provided for you to claim with Medicare or private health insurance, if applicable.
Cancellations
Cancellation of appointments require 24 hours notice otherwise a fee of 50% of the booked consultation will be incurred. A rebate is not available for cancellation or no-show fees.
A missed appointment is a loss to three people: the client who missed the valuable time, another client who could have used the valuable time, and the clinician who was present and ready for the session.
Flexibility with fees is possible in the case of financial hardship, or for young people who are accessing psychological support independently. This will need to be discussed prior to the first appointment
